Where are your servers located?

Our servers are located in Fremont, California, USA.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund if you did not like our service during first 30 days of use.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through a leading payment gateway Authorize.net and PayPal.

Is bandwidth really unmetered?

Yes it is. VPS instances are connected to a shared 100Mbs UNMETERED port.

What BSD versions are you running?

We are running the latest production/stable versions available by default. But other versions are available on request.

What virtualization technology are you using?

We are using VmWare virtualization technology.

Is it possible to build a custom kernel in your VPS?

The short answer is YES. BSDvm provides full control over VPS to it's customers including kernel tweaking.

Is VNC console available?

Yes, it's available per request.

Is your data backed-up?

Our hosts are all using RAID 1/10 for data redundancy.

Is it possible to set a PTR record?

Of course. Please file a request via ticket system.
